1. Services

Highland Stretch Tents provides premium stretch tent rental services for various events, including weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties. Our services include:

• Consultation and site assessment
• Tent rental and installation
• Tent removal and breakdown
• Additional equipment rental (as specified in your booking)

2. Bookings and Reservations

2.1. Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us and have paid the required deposit.

2.2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.

2.3. Booking Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking, including event date, location, and requirements. Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us in writing as soon as possible.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date: Full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.
• Cancellations made 30-60 days before the event date: 50% refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date: No refund.

3.2. Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. We will not be liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from such cancellation.

3.3. Weather Conditions: Our stretch tents are designed to withstand various weather conditions. However, in extreme weather conditions that may compromise safety, we reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the installation. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative solution or provide a refund as per our cancellation policy.

4. Site Requirements and Access

4.1. Site Assessment: You are responsible for ensuring that the site is suitable for the installation of our tents. We may conduct a site assessment before the event to confirm suitability.

4.2. Access: You must provide clear access to the installation site for our vehicles and equipment. Any restrictions or special requirements must be communicated to us in advance.

4.3. Permissions: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or licenses required for the installation of our tents at your chosen location.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. Our Liability: We are responsible for the safe installation and removal of our tents and equipment. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

5.2. Your Liability: You are responsible for any damage to our tents or equipment caused by you, your guests, or any third party during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

5.3. Insurance: We recommend that you obtain appropriate event insurance to cover any potential risks associated with your event.

5.4. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the booking. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Our Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

6.3. Photography: We may take photographs of our tents at your event for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you grant us permission to use such photographs in our marketing materials, unless you expressly request otherwise in writing.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
